Largest Chinook : 55lbs.
Largest Halibut : 68lbs.

The past few days have been awesome, the weather and plentiful Chinook have attributed to some of the best fishing we have had this summer.  The calm waters have allowed us to fish all the favorite spots for groundfish and salmon.  I know it sounds like a broken record, but again Parker Passage and East Side Rennison were the better areas to fish for big Chinooks.  The Dark Side(#10), Ryan's Hole(#9) and Arnie's Hole(#7) were definitely the hotter spots for the bite and for the bigger Chinook.  Dragging around 6.0 Coyote Spoons(Watermelon and Wonderbread) or cutplugging equally produced the majority of landed Chinook and Coho.

The bottomfishing as per usual was great because we finally could get out.  "The Boot" and Janion Rock area, offshore were definitely the better spots to be for Snapper and Lingcod.  The number 1 tie up was where the majority of the Halibut were caught.
