Largest Chinook : 28lbs.
Largest Halibut : 100lbs.

It was a beautiful stint at the lodge. The weather was flat and hot and the fishing was excellent. The Coho action everywhere you go is phenomenal. They are averaging over 10 pounds now with some caught in the high teens.. Really good to see such healthy stocks as the past few years have been a little on the light side for quantity and size.  By far the best year I have seen in the last 10 years.  The Chinook are mixed in with the Coho and have been somewhat tough to catch as they can't compete with the more aggressive Coho's.  Cutplugging, trolling spoons such as Mongoose, Wonderbread and Copcar have been great or small plugs.  The fish have been caught at all depths from 15 feet down to 100 feet.  Best spots have been Ulric Point and Wall Island.

The bottomfishing has been unreal as well.  Towner Banks and Munroe Shoal have been fantastic for snapper and lingcod, but the best Halibut fishing has been at Well's Rock.  Dozens in the 50 plus pound range have been brought in or released if over slot limit.  Amazing fishing and great weather, can't beat it.
