Largest Chinook : 61lbs.
Largest Halibut : 71lbs.

What a week!! The big fish have started to roll through, the past couple of weeks have been fair Chinook fishing for quantity, but for size it is unmatched. Countless Tyee's have been brought in over the past few days, but the amazing part is that a run of huge fish has come through, and some of the bigger ones have been landed and weighed in at 56, 58 and 60.5 pounds. Lots of big ones lost as well, an incredible sight as everyone has one of those "fish stories". The best spots have been Borrowman Bay(top of list for the biggies), Kettle Inlet, Moore Island, and Number 7 on Rennison Island. THe Coho fishing has been good aswell in the same spots, not much action to speak of at the top end of the islands. Trolling protrolls and watermelon spoons has been the best down 27 to 47 feet.

The halibut fishing has been great out front by Trickey Island and a few spots down south by Clifford Bay have produced some nice fish.

Hopefully these slabsa keep coming throughm we have been surprised every day.
