Largest Chinook : 46lbs.
Largest Halibut : 109lbs.

THe last few days have been a bit of a grind.  The weather was great, but the fish just were not around whcih made it worse as there was nothing anybody could blame.  They have shown up as of this afternoon, lots of 30's and a couple of 40's were brought in from various locations leading us to believe that a strong new run has started to come through.  Preacher Rock, Arnie's Hole, #7,Ryan's Hole, #13, Kettle Inlet and Moore Island definitely produced the fish.  As you can see the bites were had all over the chart.  Trolling spoons, with at least one flasher on each side was by far the best method, but lots of action was had on trolling cutplug herring(off the rigger) and whole herring at high speeds.

Halbut fishing was absolutely incredible right out front of the lodge in the middle of Borrowman Bay.  The fish caught were in a range of 25 to 75 pounds and a whole heck of a lot of them.  Find 280 feet out front and let the action begin.  Bottomfishing was best down south of Clifford Bay at some of the pinnacles down there.
