Largest Chinook : 40lbs.
Largest Halibut : 104lbs.

The fishing has been well very active.  There is piles of Coho infesting our area, offering up some good fun.  You have to do a lot of sifting to get something 12 to 14 pounds but there is a lot of them.  Th is past trip again had really good Chinook fishing.  Size was pretty good averaging 23 to 30 pounds with quite a few tyees.  Best spot was definitely Borrowman Bay but Funky Rock and the Darkside did offer up some really good bites.  This afternoon however showed us that "if you fish it, they will come".  A pile of Chinook was brought in from the Honey Hole for the first time this year.  Ranging from 25 to 40 and yes I do think it is the start of the hawg run.  Most of the big guys were caught on bait, whether with protroll or running it as a cutplug.  We are pretty excited for what the next few days bring us.

The bottomfishing was again fantastic, the guides are running down south(weather permitting) bouncing around on some new rocks and then fishing salmon on the way back.  The bigger halibut were caught in Parker Passage buoys with lots of chicken size as well.
