Largest Chinook : 37lbs.
Largest Halibut : 56lbs.

The fishingf is ``off the wall`` literally.  Wall Island has been a hot spot for the past few days, Coho and Chinook have been actively feeding in the mornings at the top end of Rennison Island.  The Coho are surprisingly large for this time of year averaging about 8 pounds and in huge quantities offering great action all day long.  The bigger Chinook have been caught at number 5 around by the creek and the dark side.  Number 7 on the SE tip of Rennison has had some great action as well.  Pulling any kind of hardwear especially flasher spoon combos like purple haze and party girl and green flasher with diamond lance spoon has been some of the best.

The halibut fishing has been pretty consistent in Parker Passage.  The size is on the small side but there is lots of them.  The bottom fishing has been good as well but honestly everyone spent the bulk of their time pounding on salmon.  Great fishing!
