May 29-2013

Largest Chinook : 22lbs.
Largest Halibut : 35lbs.

We have been up on site for the past few days and had some great weather and good opportunity to get out and check out some of the popular spots.  Not surprising, we made it to the bonzai tree and have started to catch fish.  With only a few boats out on the water, they all limited out on Chinook.  Pulling spoons especially lime twist glow and trolling protroll herring seemed to be the most effective, the herring did catch the bigger fish.  The halibut fishing has been fairly good as well, a couple have came in around the 25 pound mark and we have fished for them very little.

Looking good for 2013 so far, looking forward to the next couple of days as there is a high pressure system rolling in.
